ADMISSIONS PROCESS
We invite you and your family to start the registration process at St. Matthew Preschool by attending one of our open house events or scheduling a private tour of the campus. Personalized tours provide a first-hand experience of our classrooms in action and allows us to focus our time and attention to answering your specific questions.
Open enrollment for the fall begins mid-January.

TUITION + FEES 2025 – 2026
The preschool year begins in early September and runs through the following May. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $200 and a $200 tuition deposit to confirm registration in our program. Students must be the age stated before September 1st, 2025, unless otherwise approved by the director, and must be toilet trained. *
Four Year Olds
Kindergarten Prep: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., $4,900/year (Monday to Friday)
3 Day Fours: 12:30 p.m. – 3 p.m., $3,100/year (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Three Year Olds
3-Day Program (3-year-olds)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
$3000 per year
2-Day Program (2- and 3-year-olds)
Tuesday, Thursday | 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
$2200 per year
Children must be at least 32 months old by Sept. 1 and toilet trained to join. A 5-day option for 3-year-olds is available sometimes, if space allows and approved by the director.
Two Year Olds
Preschool Prep (ages 2)
10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
$330 per session (Tuesday or Thursday)
Fall and Spring Sessions: $605 per year
Registration Fee: $50
Preschool Prep helps children get ready for preschool with a parent or caregiver. The class includes circle time, learning activities, a story, and free play. Sessions are offered in fall and spring.* Children do not need to be toilet trained. Classes depend on enough students enrolling.
Payment Plans
All payments are made online through Brightwheel. You can pay all at once or in 8 monthly installments. Offline payments are accepted only if paid in full by check to St. Matthew Lutheran Church.
One payment due in June
Or eight monthly payments from June to January
Additional Fees and Discounts:
There is a $200 non-refundable registration fee and a $200 tuition deposit due at registration for our three- and four-year-old classes. Enrollment is not confirmed until both fees are paid. The $200 tuition deposit counts toward tuition but is non-refundable.
If tuition is paid in full by June 30, 2025, a 2% discount applies.
Families with more than one child enrolled get a 5% discount on tuition for each additional child after the first.
Active members of St. Matthews Lutheran Church receive a 10% discount on their last payment.
One-time payments can be made offline, but payment plans must be paid online. Online credit card payments have a processing fee; payments via bank account (ACH) do not.
